Fall in Summit County, Colorado
Fall in Summit County brings beautiful fall colors and the Parade of Homes.
It’s that time of year again! The leaves are beginning to turn and will soon be in their full vibrant colours for all to enjoy. The temp is cooling down and if you get up early and do not have a garage, you will need to scrape your windows on some days already. The Labor Day rush has past and it’s time to buy your ski passes, get some deals on winter gear and wait for the snow to fly! To check out the ski passes in the area by the way go to: Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek.
The Summit County Parade of Homes is coming up as well. The dates are September 19 and 20, 2009 and September 26 and 27, 2009 and the Summit County Builders Association (check out the homes at: http://summitcountybuilders.org/website/ ) have a wonderful display of homes lined up for you to see.
It’s a fun time for people of all ages and the cost per person is only $10. Come check it out!
