President Obama is signing the extended first time home buyer credit today.
The National Association of Realtors and countless concerned citizens have spoken! The first time homebuyer tax credit had been extended until April 30, 2010. You must be under contract by April 30, 2010 and close prior to July 1, 2010. There is still time to take advantage of the fantastic Real Estate deals in Summit County. In addition, current homeowners who have owned their homes for 5 years or more may also get a tax credit of up to $6500 if they buy a new home within the same dates.
