This time of year in Summit County, Colorado is beautiful.  However, the weather is quite unpredictable.  A person can easily experience all four seasons in one day!  Walking through the streets of Breckenridge caused quite a bit of bewilderment with the tourists and locals, alike.  There was blowing snow for 2 hours followed by 2 hours of sunshine and warmth!

What I also noticed during my time in Breckenridge is that there are quite a few homes for sale at never before seen low prices.  If you are thinking of buying a home in Summit County, it is an excellent time.  Just as the weather changes, the real estate market will change.  June will turn into July and the best deals will be gone before you know it.  Soon the inventory will go down and the home prices will go up.
